哈國(guó)將建造連接首都和南部的新國(guó)家天然氣管道
中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)《世界油氣新聞》3月11日阿斯塔納報(bào)道，哈薩克斯坦總統(tǒng)納扎爾巴耶夫日前下令建造一條從本國(guó)南部克孜勒奧爾達(dá)延伸到本國(guó)首都阿斯塔納的新的國(guó)家天然氣管道。
納扎爾巴耶夫是在3月5日在議會(huì)兩院聯(lián)席會(huì)議上發(fā)表上述講話的。他說(shuō)，哈薩克斯坦目前只有9個(gè)地區(qū)（主要在西部和南部）已實(shí)現(xiàn)天然氣化，而中部和北部地區(qū)至今仍然沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)天然氣化，這使得非常有必要鋪設(shè)一條新的國(guó)家天然氣管道。
納扎爾巴耶夫說(shuō)，自從蘇聯(lián)在1991年解體以來(lái)，哈薩克斯坦的天然氣年產(chǎn)量從80億立方米增加到了520億立方米。這個(gè)數(shù)字將會(huì)逐年增加。
納扎爾巴耶夫強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)，哈薩克斯坦政府必須吸引投資資金包括來(lái)自國(guó)際金融機(jī)構(gòu)的投資資金來(lái)完成這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。他補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，這個(gè)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)在未來(lái)18個(gè)月內(nèi)實(shí)施。
這個(gè)項(xiàng)目有望把阿斯塔納大氣中有害氣體的排放量減少10倍。

Kazakhstan Plans New Gas Pipeline from Kyzylorda to Astana
Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev has ordered the construction of a new national gas pipeline stretching from Kyzylorda in the south of Kazakhstan to the Kazakh capital, Astana.
"Only nine (of Kazakhstan’s) regions are currently gasified – mainly in the western and southern regions, while the central and northern regions of the country are still without gas. This makes it necessary to build a gas pipeline,” Nazarbayev told a joint session of the Houses of Parliament on March 5.
Gas production in the country has annually increased from 8 to 52 billion cubic meters since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, a figure that will continue to grow on a yearly basis, according to Nazarbayev.
Nazarbayev stressed that the Kazakh government must attract investment funds, including from international financial institutions to complete the project, adding that the project should be implemented within the next 18 months.
The project is expected to see a ten-fold reduction of harmful emissions in the atmosphere in Astana.
